In February I filed a "Dispute Charge" with Chase - Visa. A charge of $1,000 was made to my card.

I've been in touch with the merchant and he assures me this charge was an error on his part. Recently, the merchant and I have been trying to get this resolved, but to no avail. Chase Customer Service and Visa Dispute Department have been transferring me back and forth and have done nothing to help correct the problem. I even spoke with a Supervisor in the "Dispute Charge" department and asked her to call the merchant and tell him how he can make a payment to resolve the problem.

She actually told me that she could call him, but had no idea what to tell him to do. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

If and when this problem is resolved I can assure you I will not be making any future purchases using my AARP Chase Visa Card. Peggy Ibaugh
