I joined yesterday morning, a one year subscription for $12.00, but $36 was removed from my bank...and they blame the bank!I registered on their website and tried to log-in.

Nope. Three calls yesterday...no luck. Called this evening...they told me they would get back to me within 3 days. I canceled the subscription.

Now I get to spend up to 5 days to see if my money is returned into my bank account. BTW - they could not even get an e-mail to me after three tries. They kept asking me if my e-mail was correct. They kept asking me if I had forgotten my password.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
