AARP - *** poor service
I have been waiting a week to get my refrigerator serviced properly. The first repairman..diagnosed clogged vents.
After cleaning the vents, it's still not operating properly. I called again..now the diagnosis is "needs freon!" Calling for days to get my refrigerator working...but no one is listening or caring. Now I'm waiting 8:07 pm, and customer service is calling me to say he can't do the job. Why am I paying for this less than *** service?
I deserve a refund for the monthly fee and this deductible fee $45. No one should have to put up with this sorry company... Choice...
