For 19 years I have been on a medication that allows me to walk, be some what normal, but still disabled and some what pain free. Jan.
2017 AARP denied me this monthly prescription based on price of $2500 a month. I and my doctor had to appeal 3 separate times, but won in the long run. But not at pain and cost on my end, of course. This month January 2018 their doing the same thing.
Denying me the same way, except worse this year. They only approved last year because they realized I can't be without these meds., but yet they do it again this year. I hate the medication but I have to take it. AARP provided this for years to me.
This med. is only expensive in the U.S., but that's not my fault. What AARP is doing to me is wrong.
I am 59 yrs. old and don't have a long time anyway...
