They claim to look out for seniors. Insurance offered thru them via hartford no cheaper! Car no cheaper. Homeowners was over 3 times as high and less coverage!

Inaccurate claims about service from aarp. Not what they say they are. Mislead people. Total scam if you ask me

User's recommendation: Dont bother with them!

Trying to find someone that will help me recover a replacement refund check from the USPS ($906.00)

I filed a claim 4/20/20 for a lost usps money order. The refund check was mailed promptly 4/29/20, but was mailed to the incorrect address where it was cashed by an unknown person. I have followed all instructions from the postal service. I've tried calling, emailed and writing to the St.Louis Accounting Service Center. I don't know how to go forward from here. I am 79 yrs.old on a fixed income. I would gratefully appreciate any assistance or advice you or someone can give. Thank you for your time. Shelley Brown Member #031 488 ****

Biased against republicans

Just read the latest aarp magazine. As usual it is always biased against Republicans. For example telling us how important it is to vote for mayor. Doesnt take a rocket scientist you are endorsing the Democratics in St. Petersburg and Miami. I can tell you as a baseball fan from Orlando that building the baseball park in St. Petersburg was a horrible mistake. No one from central Florida wants to do that miserable drive. Also Miamis economy is fantastic but you had to point out the cost of housing to further your agenda. Im ready to drop your magazine!!

User's recommendation: Don’t buy this.

Pathetic advertising!!

AARP advertised a 3-piece luggage set upon signing up. I just got the "so-called" luggage today. I hope this is a joke! Talk about false advertising. The 3-piece luggage set is in the garbage; where it belongs!! I feel like I just got ripped off of my $12 membership fee; I'd like a refund!

BIG PROBLEMS WITH CREDIT CARD TRANSFER FROM CHASE TO BARCLAYS

In the past few days, I have spent HOURS ON THE TELEPHONE trying to solve a problem with the Credit Card Transfer. I AM FURIOUS! Presently, I am waiting for a refund from HOMESTAY that was supposed to be credited to my account around one week ago. They sent me a confirmation of the transaction of about 1800 US DOLLARS. NOTHING has appeared on my statement from BARCLAYS and their telephone service is A ROYAL CIRCUS. Either the representatives neither speak nor understand English correctly or they do not know what they are doing! I need the AARP to help me because I am extremely upset about this situation. Who can I call?

User's recommendation: AFTER RECUPERATING ALL CASH, PULL OUT OF BARCLAYS ASAP!
